Shipping Policy

Everything here is made by hand, so here's what to expect after you place an order.

How long it takes

Ready-made pieces ship in 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders take about 2 to 4 weeks to make, and I'll keep you posted while I work on yours.

How it ships and what it costs

Orders ship from Pennsylvania with USPS. At checkout you can pick Ground Advantage (cheaper, usually 2 to 5 business days) or Priority Mail (faster, usually 1 to 3 business days). Shipping is figured out at checkout and includes a small handling fee for the padding that keeps your tiny things safe.

Where I ship

Right now I only ship within the United States.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to me because the address was wrong or missing something, I'm happy to send it again once the new shipping cost is covered.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your package hasn't shown up within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, or it arrives damaged, send me a message through the Contact page. You'll find all the details in the Refund Policy.
